Lamar Technologies Launches MC10 Master Control

Marysville, Washington April 8, 2005 – Lamar Technologies LLC introduces the MC10 Master Control, the first universal master control designed for Experimental Aircraft to control all primary electrical functions on piston engine experimental aircraft.

 

The MC10 Master Control is similar to Lamar’s most popular certified “MCU” installed on all production Cessna single engine aircraft but with a few new added features designed to help the homebuilder “Un complicate” the primary electrical system while adding simplicity to the installation process.

The MC10 is designed to control the battery master, Alternator, starter, and external power. Additionally the MC10 has the added features of low voltage, over current, and reverse current LED cockpit indicators. With three 40 amp reset able circuit breaker protected outputs allowing the builder to incorporate primary and secondary power circuits which provides a higher degree of safety in the cockpit.

The design goal was to provide a complete primary electrical control in a small light weight ( 6 1/2 pounds ) package that would be easily installed at an affordable price. These criteria were met and exceed.
